Describe the damages
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not throw anything that was including inside of packaging. We will need clear images of the damages and the packaging. We will not be able to process exchange or refund without images for your items. Report any damages within 3 business days post delivery. Lost Packages Prior to reporting any lost packages please be sure to check your tracking information. The tracking information can be found in the email address associated with the order. If you have tracked the packaged and it has not moved for 3 days please email us. Once an order has shipped we have given the responsibility to the carrier/courier. If your items does seem to be lost or stolen we will do everything in our ability to locate the package. Please email us with the following information: First and Last Name Email Address Order (Invoice) Number Shipping Provider (located on shipping label) Describe the damages We are not responsible for any stolen packages, but we will try to track the package in case the package was delivered to an incorrect address.
